us will be sent to up to four participating lenders and banks who offer the types

professionals. Lenders and banks will also receive your credit history when they
need that. If you do not complete your application form and only fill out portion
of the form, we will send your information to lenders who can help you complete
form, you authorize us to transmit your loan request form to the lenders mentioned
above. If you select either "Quick Quote" or Compare & Shop" loan and mortgage
application process, your loan request will be sent to up to four lenders on our
network. Our lenders and their representatives will contact you immediately to match
your loan program request with their offers. We will not check your credit until
you authorize us to do so by submitting a completed loan request form. As our lenders
and loan professionals may keep and use your information whether or not you qualify
for a loan with them or use their services, we recommend that you contact them directly
for more information about their specific privacy policies.
We may also act as an agent for our participating lenders
and loan professionals, sharing information on their behalf and pursuant to their
instructions with providers of loan and mortgage services related to your transaction.

still go back and access your application form and change and update any information
on your request form. This is when

with these regulations, we cannot delete information from our databases.
